The Administrators monitor this section (Subscribe), and receive an eMail whenever someone posts a new Topic/Question. Depending on the workload, you may get an immediate reply, or it may be within a couple of hours. Regardless, it will be answered, and then the question and answer will both be available for anyone to use.
So, don't be shy. We can always find things that need to be added.
